Renata VALSAMI

Renata is a biologist and has over 25 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical market as an industry executive, working at Roche and leading the Oncology and Hematology business.

She holds a holistic view of market landscape acquired from the extensive industry experience as well as from payer’s side, as she worked on behalf of the Greek MoH for drug price negotiations in the HTA context for 4 years.

During her work in medicines negotiations committee, she was rapporteur for products in specialized therapeutic areas and rare diseases and collaborated with various stakeholders at the national health care system.
She, in parallel worked as a special adviser to the IFET S.A., a company responsible to address the challenge of drug shortages in Greek market as well as the early access of new and innovative treatments.

Renata joined Healthink as Health Policy & Governmental Affairs Manager, taking over various projects addressing the market access challenges in Greece.
